Miss Swim Week International is an international spokesmodel competition. Delegates are selected throughout the year in preliminary events or appointed by the International Director.  Women interested in representing their city's Swim Week or Fashion Week, coastal community or swimwear sponsor, are encouraged to apply for available titles.

The purpose of the Miss Swim Week International competition is to promote tourism of coastal communities and destinations, support the Swimwear and Resortwear industries and, most importantly, be the face for our clean ocean advocacy campaign in collaboration with such organizations as Oceana.org and OceanConservancy.org.

Registration is open to women 16 to 34 years old to compete with additional superlative awards and titles to be given. Contestants will have an opportunity to work as runway models during a selected city's Fashion Week. Over the course of Fashion Week, participants will work as professional models attending castings, fittings, hair and makeup sessions, photoshoots and rehearsals. This will be an opportunity to gain valuable experience, industry contacts and obtain professional photos for the model's portfolio.  Models may be required to attend a Runway Intensive workshop prior to being cleared for the show.

The Overall winner will be crowned, Miss Swim Week International 2023.  Additional winners will be as follows: 

- Optional Top Swimwear Model winner, Miss Swim Week International Bikini Model

- Optional Top Cover Model winner, Miss Swim Week International Cover Model

 

Areas of competition:  Interview, Social Media Reel, Swimwear, and Evening gown. With exception of the in-person interview, all submissions will be made digitally via photos or videos (reels).

Optional competitions: Top Cover Model and Top Bikini Model. Optionals are an additional cost per entry.

Fees:  The cost of entry is $250; optional competitions are $50 each.  A delegate may complete the application with a $75 deposit with the remaining balance (and any optionals) invoiced with extended payment terms.

Prize package:  The winner will receive an ocean cruise, departing from a seaport selected by the sponsors (usually closest to the delegate's home), a cash prize, an official crown and earring set, a custom rhinestone sash, and various other gifts and sponsored prizes. The winner will also receive a modeling agent and submitted for paid modeling opportunities.
